Pick-up and delivery of shipments occur from address to address, from the exterior door to the exterior door.

By agreement, it is possible to pick up and deliver shipments from floor to floor, and a floor fee is calculated separately (€45/1h). If assistance from the driver is needed in carrying the shipments from floor to floor at the origin and/or destination, please inform us so that the driver can account for and plan the time accordingly. The carrying fee can be settled directly with the driver in cash, and the final cost of carrying will be determined on-site depending on the time spent. Packing services are also available upon request.

The driver is usually alone when arriving and assists in loading and unloading all shipments from the exterior door to the van and from the van to the exterior door. The driver arranges the shipments compactly and safely in the van.

Each transported shipment must have information provided by the sender, including the recipient’s first and last names, contact phone number, and destination address.

The driver provides the sender with a CMR document containing information about the quantity, volume, dimensions and/or weights of the shipments, the sender’s and recipient’s names, surnames, and contact phone numbers, the origin and destination addresses, and company details.

The invoice must be 100% paid before delivering the shipments, and we issue and send the invoice after picking up the shipments. Payment can be made based on the invoice via bank transfer.

We have CMR insurance, covering 8.33 SDR (Special Drawing Rights), equivalent to €9.60 per 1 kg of the shipment. For more valuable items, the customer can choose to take out additional insurance if desired.

Once the order is confirmed, the driver will contact the sender and recipient as much as possible to arrange more specific loading and unloading times for the shipment.
